Does it work with my CRM?
Your Wingman works inside a supported CRM, so your contacts, calendars and pipelines stay where they are. We connect everything with you during setup. Using something else? Tell us in the demo and we will be straight about fit.
Can I check everything before it sends?
Yes. Every Wingman starts in review mode: drafts wait for a person. Switch autopilot on when you trust it. Any draft that mentions a price still waits for a person, even on autopilot.
When does it text?
Texting hours are 8 AM to 9 PM by default, and you can change them. Someone who texts after hours gets an answer if they texted in the last 30 minutes. A form that arrives overnight gets its first text at 8 AM.
Will it text my old contacts?
No. It only picks up leads that arrive after you switch it on. You can turn it on for anyone from before, by hand.
What happens if I text a lead myself?
Your Wingman steps back from that conversation, so the lead never gets two answers.
Does it make phone calls?
No. Your Wingman works by text. Calls stay with your team, and they show up in the inbox.
Who sets it up?
We do it with you: we connect your number, calendar and CRM, start your Knowledge from our template, and tune its name and voice. Want all of it done for you? Ask about done-for-you setup. Either way, it texts no one until you have tested it and said go.
