Does it work with my CRM?
It works with GoHighLevel today, so your contacts, calendars and pipelines stay where they are. We connect everything during setup. Using something else? Talk to us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Wingman and Ace both start with 14 days free. You add a card when you sign up, and you’re only charged after the trial if you keep it. We remind you 3 days before, and you can cancel anytime in Settings.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Yes. Done-for-you setup is $2,000 one time and comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy within 30 days of paying, tell us and we refund the setup fee in full.
What’s the guarantee?
If your Wingman hasn’t booked a single appointment in its first 30 days live, your next month is free. The 30 days start the day it goes live, not the day you sign up.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Every plan does the whole job: replies, follow-ups, booking and your pipeline. Ace adds room for 1,000 new leads a month and your whole team, deeper analytics with your ad spend beside the leads it brought, call transcripts and summaries, Expert mode in Ask, and Wingman MCP, so your own AI agent can work inside your Wingman. Squadron gives agencies and groups 5 Wingmen on Wingman for $997 a month, and Squadron Pro gives 5 on Ace for $1,497.
What happens if I go over my leads?
Nothing stops. Your Wingman never goes quiet on a lead because of a limit. If you go over two months in a row, we’ll talk about Ace before anything changes on your bill.
Can I resell it to my clients?
Yes, that’s what Squadron and Squadron Pro are for. Each client gets its own Wingman in its own workspace, you move between them with one login, and you set what you charge them. Past the first 5, each Wingman is $197 a month on Squadron and $297 on Squadron Pro.
Can I check everything before it sends?
Yes, and that’s how every Wingman starts. In review mode each draft waits in Approvals until someone on your team approves it. Switch autopilot on when you’re ready, and back to review any time. Even on autopilot, a draft that mentions a price waits for a person.
Will it text my old contacts?
No. It only picks up leads that arrive after you switch it on. If you want it to text someone from before, you turn it on for that person by hand.
What happens if I text a lead myself?
Your Wingman steps back from that conversation. It stays paused for that person until someone on your team hands it back.
What if a customer asks it to stop?
It stops. STOP and plain requests like “please stop texting me” end automated texts to that person, and Do Not Disturb settings are always honored.
Is my customers’ data used to train AI?
Your data is used only to run your Wingman. We don’t sell it, and one business’s information is never used for another.
Does it make phone calls?
No. Your Wingman works by text. Calls stay with your team.
How many texts are included?
We don’t count texts. Plans are sized by new leads a month, and no one gets more than 4 automated texts a day or 40 in total.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, on every plan, and it saves 17%. Billed yearly, Wingman is $247 a month ($2,964 a year), Ace is $414 ($4,968), Squadron is $827 ($9,924) and Squadron Pro is $1,242 ($14,904).
What does setup include?
On every plan we set your Wingman up with you: we connect your calendar and CRM, start your Knowledge from our template, and tune its name and voice. Want us to do all of it for you, Knowledge, follow-ups and pipeline stages included? Done-for-you setup is $2,000 one time, with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not happy within 30 days, we refund the setup fee. Can I change its name or voice later?
Any time. Its name, photo, voice and Knowledge live in Settings, and changes apply to the next text it writes.
